How Sauh Law Came to Be
Sauh Law was established in Kuala Lumpur by a group of legal practitioners who had spent years observing a recurring difficulty: Malaysian retirees and public servants were too often left without clear, accessible guidance on their pension entitlements. The complexity of dealing with EPF, KWAP, and government pension schemes was compounding an already stressful situation.
The name draws on the Malay word sauh — anchor — reflecting the kind of steadying presence we aim to be for clients navigating unfamiliar legal territory. A pension matter, mishandled or unaddressed, can affect a person's financial standing for the rest of their life. We take that seriously.
Operating from Level 7 of Menara MBMR along Jalan Syed Putra, our practice remains deliberately focused. We do not attempt to be everything to every client. We attend carefully to pension matters — reviews, disputes, and complex ongoing support — and we do that work well.

Called to the Malaysian Bar in 2012, Radzuan has spent his practice years working solely on retirement fund disputes and pension entitlement reviews, with a particular focus on KWAP appeals.

Noraini manages documentation and correspondence for complex multi-stage pension support cases. She joined the firm in 2017 after several years with the EPF advisory division.
